Prophetess Shemelia Dawkins Brown has been commissioned with the mandate of Jeremiah 1:17—to raise a generation that will see God rightly. She is a vessel of honor in the hand of God, graced with the anointing to serve in the prophetic, healing, deliverance, intercession, teaching, and administration ministries.

She is academically accomplished, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling and a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology, giving her a unique capacity to minister to the spiritual, emotional, and mental dimensions of people’s lives.

As a conference speaker and host of transformational workshops, Prophetess Shemelia has equipped countless believers through initiatives such as the Strategic Intercession Workshop, Prophetic Intercession Training, and Leadership Development & Ministry Equipping Sessions. Her sessions are marked by deep prophetic insight, practical application, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Prophetess Shemelia also serves as the chief editor of all published materials at Dunamis Ambassadors International Ministry, ensuring that every resource released—books, study guides, and training manuals—reflects excellence and carries the Spirit of truth. She and her husband are working to establish the ministry as a regional publisher, producing Kingdom-centered resources that will empower lives across the Caribbean and beyond.

Alongside her ministry assignments, she treasures her role as a wife and mother. She is joyfully raising **three children—two daughters and a son—**instilling in them the values of faith, excellence, and Kingdom impact.
